Information you need to sign up:
  1. Account holders name
  2. Last 4 digits of your banking account number
  3. E-mail address that you want to be notified that your eStatements are ready
To enroll for eStatements, follow these steps:
  1. Review the eStatements Terms and Conditions (eStatement Consent.pdf)
  2. Fill out the online enrollment form, Click the Go Paperless button below to begin.
  3. After completion of the form, Click on the Go Paperless button to authorize
